The Study Programs unit operates; In coordination with the subcommittees of the relevant programs; On the full description of the study programs, the processes of approving and documenting the new programs and following up on their development, and working on the application of the detailed procedures for the programs in accordance with the unified regulations for graduate studies.
Unit tasks
- Follow up the administrative procedures related to the new and developed programs, in coordination with the departments and colleges, and ensure their readiness to submit them to the relevant program committees.
- Coordination with departments and colleges to consider the observations of the Permanent Committee for Study Programs and the Deanship Council on study programs.
- Faculties follow-up to prepare memos for approved and developed programs to be presented to the Deanship Council, and then submitted to the University Council.
- Keeping the information related to the programs in the database of the Deanship and writing down the date of approval of the new and updated programs.
